This Policy states when your Service with HostSlick e. K. will be delivered.

If you order any Service with HostSlick we guarantee to have it setup as fast we can.

Here are some estiminated timeframes a HostSlick Service will be ready/delivered:

WebHosting:  instant/automated after payment, not later then 24h
VPS: instant/automated after payment, not later then 24h

Dedicated Servers, Colocation and other services offered by HostSlick (this may include custom deals and special offers):
up to 24/48h. No later then 3 days.


In some rare cases it might happen that service can not be delivered in above given timeframe.
Should your Service not be setup within the given timeframes, HostSlick Support will contact you.
You may then agree with us to wait more (we will tell you the needed time) or offer a refund.

If you sign up with HostSlick you agree with our Delivery Policy above.
